Privacy Policy
ToCharts (tocharts.com) is run by the EndTo.AI team. This policy explains what we collect when you use ToCharts, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email or phone number, display name and sign-in method. Accounts are EndTo accounts, shared across ToSlides, ToCharts and ToClips.
- Content you submit: the spreadsheets and documents you upload, the questions you ask, and the charts, answers and files produced from them.
- Usage and billing records: the tasks you run, the credits reserved and used, and your orders. Payments are processed by payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps, recorded in server logs.

Processing in your browser
The free chart tools run in your browser. The values you type into them are not uploaded.
How we use information
- To provide the service: run the tasks you start and keep a history so you can come back, edit and download.
- To bill for usage, prevent abuse and keep accounts secure.
- To answer your questions and feedback.
- To understand how the site is used, using aggregated analytics, and to improve the product.
AI processing
To produce a result, your prompt and files are processed on our servers and sent to the AI model providers that run the task, only for the purpose of producing that result. We do not sell your content.
Who we share information with
We share only what is needed with the providers that help us run the service: cloud hosting and storage, payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal), AI model providers and website analytics (Google Analytics). We may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Your tasks, files and results are kept while your account is active so you can pick up where you left off. You can delete your account in Account settings; this removes your work in every EndTo product, your remaining credits and your sign-in methods. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.
Your choices
- View and update your account details, or delete your account, in Account settings.
- To request a copy of your data or ask a privacy question, email support@endto.ai.
- Clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
Children
ToCharts is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
When we make material changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
