Frequently asked questions
Which files can ToCharts analyze?
Excel (XLSX) and CSV files. Each analysis currently accepts up to 10 MiB per upload, 5 source sheets and 10,000 rows × 50 columns.
How do I check an answer?
Each result lists the formula, the inputs, the rows used and any assumptions. You can recompute the figure yourself from the same data.
Do the free chart makers upload my data?
No. The bar, pie and line chart makers run in your browser and do not need an account.
How is AI usage billed?
AI tasks use credits. The credits a task needs are reserved when you submit it, and the reservation is shown before you confirm. When a task finishes, it is charged for actual usage and the rest of the reservation is returned. A failed task returns the full reservation. Cancelling a running task charges the usage already incurred and returns the remainder.
Can I get a refund?
Credit purchases are one-time payments. To request a refund, email support@endto.ai with your order number and the email you paid with, and we will review it.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Account settings and use Delete account at the bottom of the page. This removes your work in every EndTo product, your remaining credits and your sign-in methods, and cannot be undone.
